ciaodao - social spaces where only tokenholders can post

Here’s the unfinished premo of “ciao” — a chatspace where membership is defined by whether you hold the token built with 3box.io and #web3 / #ethereum at #ETHBerlinZwei by Liam Z (liamzebedee)

What’s cool about this? It means you can create a chat for your DAO/whatever, without setting up any accounts! Just paste in your token address and let’s go!

Don’t worry - you can create a chatspace without having a pre-existing DAO/token! inviting people by address is easy enough — and you can use it to make ad hoc spaces.

More to come, but basically this is a crypto-native social network. Membership is defined by tokenholdership, and that’s all — you can implement a chat that requires $5 deposit to join, uniswap bonding curves for posts, etc.
